    Bondly — protection for couples who live together.

    Living together is a financial arrangement long before anyone calls it one. Bondly turns it into a clear, jurisdiction-aware written agreement — self-serve, advocate-reviewed, or dual-advocate executed.

    // Why this matters

    The rent, the deposit, the down payment — nobody wrote it down

    One partner pays the deposit, the other pays the EMI. Someone renovates. Someone leaves a job to move cities. None of it is recorded, and none of it is recoverable when the relationship ends. Bondly writes the arrangement down while everyone is still fond of each other.

    • Contributions and ownership shares, documented
    • Exit terms agreed in advance, not in a crisis
    • Jurisdiction-aware clauses, not a generic template
    • Evidence locker for receipts, transfers and proofs

    // FAQ

    Straight answers

    Is a cohabitation agreement legally valid?

    In most jurisdictions a written agreement between consenting adults about property, contributions and exit is enforceable as a contract. What varies is the formality required — some places expect each partner to have taken independent legal advice, which is exactly what the higher tiers deliver.

    Is this legal advice?

    The self-serve tier is a document engine, not advice. From the advocate-reviewed tier onwards, an empanelled independent advocate reviews your agreement. MyPropey does not practise law and does not market individual lawyers.

    What if we are in two different countries?

    That is what the cross-border tier is for. It flags where the two legal systems conflict, sets governing law and forum, and tells you when a mirror document is needed in the second country.

    What is the evidence locker?

    An encrypted store for the receipts, transfers and messages that prove who contributed what. If the relationship ends, the paper trail already exists instead of being reconstructed under stress.

    Can we update the agreement later?

    Yes. Self-serve includes unlimited re-generation for 12 months; reviewed tiers include revision rounds and can be re-executed.

    Are taxes included?

    Prices shown are the base fee. Govt Taxes at 18% are added at checkout and the total is what Razorpay charges.
